Fellow at the Center for Natural Resources and Sustainability
Ms. Milena Oravcová is a Fellow at the Center for Natural Resources and Sustainability. Milena specializes on the International Environmental Law and Law of the Sea.
She studied Law in three countries, Russia, Slovakia as well the Netherlands. After her legal studies, she entered water sector and undertook internship at Global Water Partnership at the Transboundary Water Cooperation Unit. In 2022, she was also part of the Youth for Water and Climate Program where she represented her home country, Slovakia. Currently, she is preparing project proposals for the Center, conducting her own research on the role of higher public interest in EIA processes and also helping master´s students in preparation of their master´s theses.
