The objective of the project

• Ensure systematic transfer of knowledge on key issues of the new heating sector model
• Prepare stakeholders for the respective obligations that they will have in connection with the new Law
• Provide stakeholders with a basic understanding of the implications of emerging legislation

• Preparing stakeholders for their respective obligations under the new Law.
• Acquisition of knowledge in the field of the new model of the heat supply sector.
• Raising awareness of the new heat supply sector model among government officials, business, energy and other stakeholders.

Capacity building programme for civil servants, technical experts, business representatives and public organisations of Kazakhstan in connection with the forthcoming changes in heat sector legislation
