Central Asia Youth for Water is a regional network of youth (students, young professionals, activists, and enthusiasts) to get involved in water management issues in Central Asia.
Given that young people make up a significant portion of the region's population, our mission includes:
One of the main goals of CAY4W is to raise awareness and involvement of young people in the problems of their homes through the implementation of local and regional projects, and to empower a new generation of water leaders in Central Asia to contribute to sustainable and peaceful development of the region through improved transboundary water management.

The Central Asian Youth Water Network (CAY4W), the International Secretariat for Water (ISW) and their partners participated in the Second Syrdarya River Basin Youth Dialogue. The event took place in the framework of the 2nd International High Level Conference on the International Decade of Action in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
